Bob Savitt

With 30 years of experience in the New York City market, Bob develops and implements real estate strategies that result in superior overall business performance for his clients and partners.

With a deep and long-standing footprint in the New York real estate market as owner, operator and manager, he maintains a network of outstanding professionals, affording his clients and acquisition partners the benefit of expertise and rapid response.  Clients often say Bob manages their property with the attention and efficiencies of an owner. This owner/operator mentality and best-in-class service model have brought extraordinary benefits and returns to his clients - from successfully marketing properties to attracting and retaining the best tenants.

Over the last 25 years, Bob has taken a highly strategic approach to acquiring and managing properties that carefully takes into account repositioning opportunities as areas of the city develop and change character. As a tenant representative, Bob has advised clients in all types of business. Going beyond basic brokerage services, Bob takes a partnership approach, working not just to solve short-term real estate challenges for his clients - but to offer guidance in creating the flexibility needed to accommodate their long-term operational objectives.

After college and a short stint on the professional tennis circuit, Bob began his real estate career at M.J. Raynes, Inc. Before founding Savitt Partners, Bob was president of Kaufman/Adler Realty, a New York-based commercial real estate services firm and president of The Adler Group, Inc.

Bob is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization. He is a founder and board member of the Garment District Alliance, a non-profit organization. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on the Board of Directors of the City Parks Foundation and the Board of Trustees of the College of Wooster, his alma mater.

Bob lives in Greenwich, Conn., with his wife and three children.
