Robert Conover

For more than two decades, Robert Conover has been involved in the operations of major commercial real estate entities as well as the acquisition of high-profile assets around the country.

Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Savitt Partners, Robert Conover develops and implements management and operating strategies, while also overseeing the firm's financial, strategic planning, acquisitions and capital market activities.

Prior to joining Savitt Partners, Robert Conover was Chief Accounting Officer with The Related Companies, a leading developer, manager and financier of the nation's finest real estate developments. As the firm's CAO, he was responsible for overseeing accounting, tax and compliance functions, managing external audits and preparing financial statements. During his tenure with Related, Robert Conover established and implemented company-wide improvement initiatives and provided business analytics, including performance management indicators and organizational metrics, management and operational reporting.

Before his work with Related, Robert Conover spent more than a decade with Tishman Speyer Properties, one of the world's foremost owners, developers and operators of real estate, where he held several senior-level positions.

He began his tenure with Tishman Speyer in 1988 as Project Accountant in the firm's New York office and quickly moved up the ladder. In 1999 he served as Director of the firm's European operations in London, and in 2003 was Senior Director of Tishman's San Francisco operations. In that capacity, he participated in the acquisition and development process, and monitored asset performance in accordance with long-term projections and budgets. In addition, he was instrumental in strategic decisions and the negotiation of leasing processes throughout the firm's portfolio of properties.

Robert Conover earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
