Scott Kummings

Scott is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin. Majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Scott gained valuable professional experience as an intern at Core Plus Properties, where he conducted research on commercial properties and investment areas, provided sensitivity analysis and cash flow projections, and gained exposure to everything from building inspections to the bidding processes. In his spare time, Scott enjoys playing golf, a sport he learned at the age of five and began playing competitively at the age of eleven. He also enjoys playing soccer, basketball, running along the Hudson River and cooking, a pastime he supplements with his own cooking blog.
