Michael Schoen

Michael blends his expertise and relationships in the fashion, advertising, entertainment and other industries with an intimate knowledge of the midtown and downtown markets to help clients find the right space for their business.

Before joining Savitt Partners, he was an associate director at Hunter Realty, a New York-based real estate firm. Prior to that, Michael worked as a personal assistant to music executive and fashion mogul Damon Dash. In this position, Michael established a substantial network of relationships in the creative arts industry.

Outside of work, Michael is a singer and songwriter. He has performed in several bands throughout New York City.
