
Michael Dubin
With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael oversees the Savitt Partners brokerage services division.
Michael directs brokerage leasing and sales while overseeing building agency representation for properties owned and managed by Savitt Partners. He brings a multi-disciplined background and strong owner/operator mentality to the firm, significantly benefiting both clients and acquisition partners. Over the course of his career, Michael has facilitated transactions on the brokerage side in excess of five million square feet - and has maintained a portfolio of approximately six million square feet of space.
Before joining Savitt Partners, Michael was an executive managing director at Murray Hill Properties, LLC. During his 11 years at the firm, he provided third-party tenant brokerage services as well as building agency representation for properties owned and controlled by Murray Hill and its affiliates.
Prior to his many years at Murray Hill, Michael served as executive director of Brown Harris Stevens Commercial Services, where he specialized in the leasing and sales of professional, retail and commercial real estate, and in earlier years of his career gained valuable training and experience at Jean-Marc Levet & Partners, a full-service real estate company where he served as Executive Vice President, M.J. Raynes, Inc., where he was a Vice President, and, at Rosan and Rosan, P.C., where he specialized in cooperative conversions and commercial real estate transactions.
Michael is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association. He received a bachelor's degree in public relations and journalism from Boston University and his Juris Doctor from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
Michael and his wife live in Purchase, N.Y. They have three children.
