Harlan Cygielman

WITH OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCEE IN SALES, MARKETING AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT, HARLAN JOINED SAVITT PARTNERS IN 2011.

Harlan represents tenants and owners in brokerage assignments throughout New York City. Prior to joining Savitt Partners, Harlan was the owner of Chop'it Organic Salad and Wrap Restaurant in the tourist destination of Mal Pais, Costa Rica. Within 10 months of opening the restaurant, Harlan created the most popular lunch destination in the city, with the highest rate of repeat clientele, and provided a 25% ROI to all investors.

Harlan's career began in the travel industry. He spent 15 years as the General Manager of International Hotel Representatives, a certified wholesaler to the Caribbean for American Airlines selling both to travel agents and directly to consumers. During Harlan's tenure, the company averaged $5 million in gross sales annually. Harlan's experience as a General Manager and a business owner yields substantial benefits to his real estate clients.

Harlan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Boston University. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
