Elliot L. Zelinger

An accomplished real estate professional with expertise in office, retail and industrial leasing, Elliot Zelinger serves as a Director at Savitt Partners. In this capacity, Elliot works closely with the Savitt Partners' tenant and ownership representation brokerage teams on assignments throughout New York City.

Prior to joining Savitt Partners, Elliot was a Director at Bloom Real Estate Group, a boutique Madison Avenue brokerage firm, where he completed a number of noteworthy deals including the disposition of the penthouse office space at 730 Fifth Avenue and the acquisition and renewal of Genesis Corporation’s offices at 950 Third Avenue. In addition, Elliot designed marketing materials, negotiated business and legal terms and canvassed properties and prospective tenants.

Elliot earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker. He is an active member and host of BNI Networking Group and a supporter of the nonprofit, Most Valuable Kids.
