Diann Taylor

Diann Taylor serves as Property Controller of Savitt Partners, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of individual properties owned or managed by the firm. She is also responsible for the preparation of annual budgets for each asset as well as monthly management reports.

Diann joins Savitt Partners from Colliers International, where she served as Assistant Property Controller. Her responsibilities at Colliers included preparing monthly financial reports, budgets and escalation calculations among other items. Subsequent to her time at Colliers, Diann was a Property Accountant at Tishman Speyer Properties, where she maintained financial statements on both a Tax and GAAP basis for one hundred and twenty five buildings in Boston and Chicago.

Diann has a bachelor's degree in Accounting & Business Administration from Lehman College. In her spare time, she enjoys supporting churches in her community by providing workshops on IRS regulations for 501(C)(3) non-profit organizations and conducting trainings on popular non-profit software packages.
