Danielle L. Giovinazzi

Danielle Giovinazzi serves as Lease Administration Manager at Savitt Partners, where she oversees all lease administration activity for the properties in the firm's portfolio.

She is also responsible for preparing all the lease abstracts, rent rolls, leasing reports and oversees all tenant billing and accounting.

Prior to joining Savitt Partners, Danielle was a Lease Administration Manager at Swig Equities, LLC, where she was the sole lease administrator for seven commercial properties. Responsibilities included the creation, development and supervision of company-wide policies, procedures and forms. In addition, she supervised the accounts receivable process and managed the Commercial Revitalization and Lower Manhattan Energy Programs for the portfolio. Previously, Danielle served as a Tenant Relations Coordinator for Boston Properties, Inc., where she was the primary property management liaison to 33 corporate and retail tenants at a 50-story, Class A office property totaling over one million square feet.

Danielle received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from the State University of New York at Albany. She served as president of the SUNY Albany Theater Council and is currently an executive board member of The Strivelli Players, a 35-year old community theater organization in Brooklyn.
